Xavier Moore is a U.S. Air Force veteran and the founder of VetConnect Staffing, a mission-driven organization dedicated to guiding service members through the often-overwhelming transition to civilian life. After navigating his separation from the military, Xavier saw firsthand how fragmented and impersonal the process can be, especially for those who don’t know where to start.

With a background in national security, leadership, and operations, Xavier brings both structure and empathy to his work. He launched VetConnect Staffing to simplify the job search for veterans and make sure no one has to figure it out alone. Under his leadership, the company now offers personalized job search tools, resume writing, financial coaching, and VA benefit education — all delivered with clarity, trust, and respect for those who’ve served.

Xavier’s mission is simple: to ensure every veteran is seen, supported, and set up to succeed beyond the uniform.
